Walker Bay Vineyards Wine

Walker Bay Vineyards planted their first vines in 2003, and harvested for the first time in 2007. This first harvest produced a very young Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, and Walker Bay wine was born.

Our next harvest 2008, saw a new addition in the nest, a red blend, consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. This superb Bordeaux style wine, managed to grab a silver medal at one of the Cape's prestigious wine award ceremonies.

This year 2011, the new additions are, a Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a Wooded Chardonnay.

Walker Bay Vineyard's future is unchartered, but we gaze at the horizon, and see that we will join the ranks of legendary wines that have come from the Cape.
